Our Sales Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently looking for an Account Manager, who will help us boost cooperation with our innovative clients and create more amazing products for them!

How can you grow with us?

  • You will be working directly with our Head of Sales on a daily basis;
  • The salary is composed of a basic salary and a bonus part; in total you can count on 12,000 - 20,000 net per month
  • You’ll become an expert in the global startup market, as well as have the chance to cooperate with established enterprise clients;
  • You will be a pioneer in SDH Account Management area, so you’ll have a real impact on new processes and standards in Sales Team;
  • Sitting at your desk 40 hours a week sounds boring? You’ll have the chance to travel at least a few times a year (after the pandemic of course) - our Sales Team attends events all over the world (in the US, Norway, London, … you name it).

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and expanding relations with our existing startup and enterprise clients;
  • Creating strategies for expanding cooperation with our clients;
  • Finding best matches between our new and existing services and constantly growing needs of our clients
  • Responding to doubts and resolving issues in order to maintain client’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation;
  • You’re going to negotiate and explain any changes to current contracts;
  • Staying up to date with all news about our current services and products;
  • In all of it you will be supported by Head of Sales and our PM Team in order to make our sales process better with each month;

What we’re looking for:

  • Min. 4 years of experience in a similar position at the service-based company (preferably related to IT / software);
  • A profound understanding of B2B sales processes, client acquisition, and networking;
  • Experience working with international clients (preferably Nordics, western Europe, the US);
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets over several consecutive quarters;
  • Excellent English (C1) - we work internationally, so that’s a must;
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive or any other CRM, and understanding its value during the sales process;
  • Highly developed persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills;
  • Availability to travel abroad for work.


  • Proficiency in any additional language will be a significant advantage.
